Rough nights
Twelve nights at the turn around six in the old and six in the new year, according to tradition for many centuries oracle nights. And, although we are aware that this is not so agree, now, the annual reviews and annual horoscopes economy. Everywhere - serious and less serious. Worst case scenario now created New Year's resolutions. They are also sometimes on 6 January when the nights are rough past, also has history.
How come now the princess by the legendary twelve nights? No plans, no intentions is somehow not, after all is about to change even slightly. So it's like to develop a comprehensive plan or more of a rough strategy. Yes, you will say that makes it simply, no resolutions - not a failure. and know she is a human being like you and me, I can say is that really can work on themselves and each
loss starting up the process. The more often this
work, this training is made easier and easier it is
. Just as in sports. So: Let's go to the first step. The season
is just right for it.

I had enjoyed for years to training in therapeutic and medial area. I have gained experience in all areas of life and found that there are different Wege gibt sich selbst in eine Ruhephase zu versetzen. Gerade in der so stressigen Zeit, im Berufsalltag wo alle paar Minuten ein neues Thema auf einen herab schlägt, ist es wichtig Zeit für sich zu finden. Die Erkenntnisse führten eines zum Andren. Mir wurde bewusst, dass ich mich den ganzen Tag, angefangen vom allmorgendlichen Anfahrtsstress und Radionachrichten bis zum zu Bett gehen, nur mit negativen Tagesthemen beschäftigte. Familie und Freunde kamen zu Kurz! Und so sehen sich 95% der Menschen am gleichem Thema haften und suchen den Weg aus der „Spirale. Psychosomatisch Beschwerden, nicht erfüllte Wünsche und fehlende Zeit für die eigenen Interessen führen oftmals zu einer Depression. Die Frage: „Warum ist das so? is becoming louder and more intense dissatisfaction.
One day I said to myself, ... So now I have learned so much, now I walk in the act!
I changed my life. I thought about what I enjoy what I enjoy in my life and who is important to me and accordingly I planned my private time. I found that I suddenly had very much time because I had many names in my phone book, which I really did not want to have in my private life for me and hit me with those people less and less. I heard no news in the morning but my favorite music and take in the evening I went to the movies in the sauna and relaxed. I learned to meditate and ging nach und nach meinen neu erworbenen Fähigkeiten nach. Mit der Zeit änderte sich mein gesamter Freundeskreis. Aus oberflächlichen Gesprächen wurden Dialoge die mich in immer tiefere Erkenntnisse brachten. Ich wurde mit der Zeit immer gesünder, legte die Suchten (Rauch und übermächtig viel Alkohol) ab und war nach einer gewissen Zeit Schmerz frei!
Nach und nach übertrug ich mein Wissen ins Berufsleben. Ließ meine Kollegen nicht mehr so viel über die schlimmen Ereignisse sprechen, sondern gab ihnen Mut die Themen zu fühlen und auch wirklich die Gefühle am Arbeitsplatz aus zu leben. Selbst meine Chefin war der Meinung, dass sie Chefin sein müsse dem Widersprach ich, Sie sollte erstmals just be human and to live is one of the emotions. After a few tears and a bowl of ice, I saw again a smile on your face and now wants to stride forward again. She sat through!
All people around me who say we must work in society, all these people got to know me now. I showed the forehead, made my position clear, yet I was always fair and authentic. I showed the people that I am a human being with feelings and not a number. I got the respect back to my job and my private life and, above all, I got myself in full measure to respect and love.
I was interested I no longer am daily news gossip over lunch and spent my lunch time rather in all weather conditions in the fresh air. Here I was able to draw up time for me, my issues, clarity and ideas and possibly even put me in the park on a bench to my tan.
All these activities brought me new life, the joy back into my life. I stand with a smile in the morning.
I'm healthy, looking happy and free! All the
know what you learn you can man were allowed to provide. All these phenomena, this calm and peace, that happiness and health, any people to enjoy and experience. Every human health can sein, sein persönliches Glück und Liebe erfahren. Bewusster mit dem eigenen Leben, den Wünschen, dem Körper und Mitmenschen umgehen. Jeder Mensch kann es!
Ich lernte das wir alles Schaffen können was wir wollen!
Ab sofort wollte ich mit BEWUSST-SEIN leben.
BEWUSST-SEIN verkörpert für mich zu Wissen wo ich stehe! Was ich will, kann und tue.
Was ich fühle und mir wünsche.
Mit BEWUSST-SEIN Menschen zu erleben, ist für mich eine neue Zeit/Epoche und eine neue Art der Kommunikation. Mit meiner BEWUSSTEN Lebensart betrachte ich meine Emotionen, achte auf meine Denkweisen und Gedankenmuster und bin in der Lage meine Stärken zu erkennen und auszuweiten.
Alles kann besser werden!
Mit diesen Erkenntnissen durfte ich von dem Zeitpunkt an mein Leben neu gestalten. Ich habe heute die beruflichen und privaten Wünsche (wie ein Geschenk) in meinem Leben integriert. Darf täglich die Aufgaben übernehmen, die mir Spaß machen und meine Erfolge feiern. Privat habe ich einen wundervollen Mann, der wie ich sein Leben selbst in die Hand nahm und mit seinen Aufgaben glücklich ist.
Alle zwischenmenschlichen Themen sind offen, freundlich und immer wieder spannend. Ich lernte die Menschen so anzunehmen wie sie sind. Ihre Gefühle zu respektieren und nicht mehr so zu fordern. Meine bewusste Kommunikation mit den Menschen brachte mir zusätzliche Partner, Erfolge und Mundpropaganda. Ich spreche von Anfang an meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen vollständig an.
Auch heute noch,..
Je bewusster ich mir meiner Wünsche, Gefühle und Möglichkeiten bin, desto bewusster gehe ich auch mit meinen Mitmenschen um. Ich stellte fest, dass ich immer mehr meine Handlungen, Meinungen und Glaubensmuster hinterfragte und feststellte, dass vieles nicht unbedingt das ist, was ich wirklich denke oder aber in der Schule gelernt hatte. Suggressionen aus der Aussenwelt wurden entdeckt und entschlüsselt. Nach und nach wurde ich auch in den Gedankenstrukturen immer freier.
Je öfter ich diese Erkenntnisse erhalte, je öfter ich mit bekam wie die Menschen mit einander umgingen und die Reaktionen daraus erfuhr, um so mehr vertiefte sich der Gedanke in mir:
„BEWUSST(er)-SEIN und BEWUSSTER LEBEN kann heute wirklich jeder!

Vier Kerzen brennen langsam,
und wenn du ganz leise bist, kannst du hören wie sie sprechen.
Die erste sagt:
”Ich bin der Frieden !

Ihre Flamme wurde kleiner und ging dann ganz aus.
Die zweite sagte:
”Ich bin confidence!

spoke spontaneously, the third candle on their way.
. Am I love!
I have no strength. People push me aside and

and then they too went out.
A child enters the room and sees that three candles are out.
"Oh, why do not burn" The child was very sad ..
Then said the fourth candle:
"Do not to fear as long as I burn, we can
the other light again, for I am the confidence
"
With shining eyes the child took the candle of confidence
and lit the other so again.
The flame of confidence always be with us ...

Nachfolgende Ausführungen habe ich heute per E-Mail erhalten.
Danke an Herrn Ullrich und all die anderen mutigen Menschen,
die diese Dinge ins Massenbewusstsein bringen und damit den
Dornröschen Schlaf beenden. (Bei vielen zumindest)
Wer seine Altersversorgung aufgebaut hat auf eine Lebensversicherung, das Sparbuch, einen Bausparvertrag etc., kann nicht mehr damit rechnen, irgendwelche Auszahlungen daraus zu erhalten. Banken und Versicherungen sind aufgrund der neuesten Gesetzgebung nicht mehr zu Auszahlungen verpflichtet, wenn dadurch für sie die Gefahr besteht, in Konkurs zu gehen.
In § 89 des VAG heißt es dazu:
"... Alle Arten Zahlungen, besonders Versicherungsleistungen,Gewinnverteilungen und bei Lebensversicherungen der Rückkauf oder die Beleihung des Versicherungsscheins sowie Vorauszahlungen darauf, können zeitweilig verboten werden."

VAG § 89 Zahlungsverbot; Herabsetzung von Leistungen

Die Zeche werden die bezahlen, die auf dieser Titanic bis zum Schluss ausgeharrt haben.

What could be better than in the certain knowledge that the heating works and there are enough tea to sit behind the balcony window and look on the city during the slow Snowed Where? Right now I can not think of anything, obschon ich weiss, dass das schon morgen wieder anders sein kann. Aber jetzt ist es schön.
Schöne Momente habe ich für die Adventszeit geplant, viele schöne Momente - da bin ich in diesem Jahr definitiv noch im Soll, also muss ich bis Silvester ausgleichen. Angefangen habe ich damit, etwas Prinzessinnenglitzer in die Wohnung zu stäuben, ein bisschen Advent, Advent und viele Kerzen. Ja, Bücher und tiefschwarze Schokolade auch. Mein wieder entdecktes Stricktalent wird auch noch zum Zuge kommen. Und natürlich viele Freunde treffen, Glühwein, Kakao, Singen, Feiern und Essen, alles noch im Programm. Zweimal Fußball inklusive.
So nach und nach werde I report how it goes ... slowly in any case, very slowly. Or not. Let's see.

Akut aufgestoßen ist das Vorgehen der politischen Köpfe in Baden-Württemberg, die fünfzehn Jahre lang erfolgreich ein sogenanntes Zukunftsprojekt ausgebrütet haben, welches in Wirklichkeit das geistige Produkt vom Immobilienspekulanten ist.
Makaber, wenn man heute feststellen muss, dass das ins Auge gegangen ist. Ein friedlicher Demonstrant hat sein Augenlicht eingebüßt, nein, kein jugendlicher Steinschmeisser. Ein 70-jähriger Rentner wurde das Opfer von Polizeigewalt, entsetzt muss ich das schreiben. Lange an der Regierung zu sein bedeutet nicht, es richtig zu machen. Nein.

Hallo zusammen und liebe Grüße von einer „Neubauherrin“ aus dem Rhein-Sieg-Kreis!
Seit ein „paar“ Monaten schaue ich mich für meine kleine Familie nach einem schönen neuen Haus um. Ob Reihen- oder Doppelhaus ist mir eigentlich egal. Meine beiden Mädels und ich wünschen uns nur ein Energiesparhaus, welches nach dem Bau unsere Nebenkosten gering hält.
Da ich ein Grundstück in der Nähe von Bonn/Siegburg bereits erworben habe, suche ich nur einen Architekten oder Generalübernehmer (GÜ).

soon as I had last week I got to the end and the clock was around 19.10 on Sunday evening, there began this week, which is completely different from the last. (This would got a great kölsche phenotype displayed, so "that differ in the total is from last week"). Would be. Actually.
On the way out of the stadium someone was in a hurry and "katschong" - metal and broken glass! Nope, dear reader, princesses have no urge to run as little as queens. Just then another. The princess sat sulking on the chair because kaputt.Phhhh car.
As if that was not enough finger, then also the espresso machine to rattle on and pretended to be on its last legs, it lacks only one seal, unbelievable. Princesses without coach and without espresso machine can have ganz schön gereizt auf allerlei reagieren. Oh ja.
Und dann heute, als ob mir der Technik-Gott den Stinkefinger zeigen wollte, ging das Batteriefach von meiner kleinen Funkmaus plötzlich nicht mehr auf, so dass ich nach Alternativen suchen musste. Nein, Touchpads sind keine. Nie.
So, liebes Universum, wie lautet Deine Botschaft????? Leave all the technik behind und geh nach draussen??? Oder was? Beweg Dich?? Nimm Dein Notizbuch anstelle des Notebooks? Geht nicht, ich muss ja elektronisch liefern. Also was jetzt? Wenn Du mit mir sprichst, dann sprich gefälligst deutlich, wie soll ich Dich sonst verstehen? Und wenn Du etwas willst, sag' es einfach, eier' nicht drumherum. Das ist so anstrengend, Finally, I'm blond. Real.
