As initially written, I am building an energy efficient house, which by KfW for the program 153 as - is " KfW Efficiency House 70 " promoted great. For this, the insulation must be thick around my house and other windows to be installed. As KfW these measures need not only confirmed, but these also control ever leaves recommending I to include the following special requests in the Agreement:
- insulation thickness in cm, indicating the WLG (thermal conductivity, for example 035) and which resulting transmission heat loss HT in W / m² K for the whole house!
- annual primary energy demand in KWh / m² a

Das könnte fatale Folgen für Euren Kredit bei der KfW haben.
Es reicht nicht, wenn unter der Kellerbodenplatte ein paar Zentimeter Dämmung liegen und die Kelleraußenwände stärker gedämmt werden. Die Kellerdecke the EC must (!) are insulated, or any room in the basement are really heated.

Akut aufgestoßen ist das Vorgehen der politischen Köpfe in Baden-Württemberg, die fünfzehn Jahre lang erfolgreich ein sogenanntes Zukunftsprojekt ausgebrütet haben, welches in Wirklichkeit das geistige Produkt vom Immobilienspekulanten ist.
Makaber, wenn man heute feststellen muss, dass das ins Auge gegangen ist. Ein friedlicher Demonstrant hat sein Augenlicht eingebüßt, nein, kein jugendlicher Steinschmeisser. Ein 70-jähriger Rentner wurde das Opfer von Polizeigewalt, entsetzt muss ich das schreiben. Lange an der Regierung zu sein bedeutet nicht, es richtig zu machen. Nein.
Personally, I find myself in a planning procedure, namely notice I have if I had plans and could look like. For that I have planned for the rest of the year and put myself in a lot of professional hands.
If you miss the usual lightness of tone today - I miss them also, quite honestly - I work hard, and it is rarely funny. Come again promised that, until then please be patient with me, I can use it. Thank you.

Nicht zur Bauzeit gehören so wie so Unterbrechungen wegen Wetter o.ä. Die kommen zur vereinbarten Bauzeit dazu, also hart bleiben.
VOB/B
Ein Tipp: Die Protec geht davon aus, dass die Bestimmungen der VOB/B im Vertrag eingeschlossen sind, hat diese but not in the office ausliegen still be attached to this contract in itself. The law applies the "GTC" but only agreed if this is so is confirmed and signed. All rights are derived from it is irrelevant.

Hallo zusammen und liebe Grüße von einer „Neubauherrin“ aus dem Rhein-Sieg-Kreis!
Seit ein „paar“ Monaten schaue ich mich für meine kleine Familie nach einem schönen neuen Haus um. Ob Reihen- oder Doppelhaus ist mir eigentlich egal. Meine beiden Mädels und ich wünschen uns nur ein Energiesparhaus, welches nach dem Bau unsere Nebenkosten gering hält.
Da ich ein Grundstück in der Nähe von Bonn/Siegburg bereits erworben habe, suche ich nur einen Architekten oder Generalübernehmer (GÜ).
